No returns, exchanges or refunds will be allowed on any items purchased at sale, promotion or discounted prices. For items purchased at full price, please see below:

All products will be closely inspected before being shipped out, if you however do receive a defective or incorrect item, you have 3 days to inform us of this and we will then arrange for a collection of the item and for the delivery of a replacement or the correct item to be sent to you. Please note that we will not accept any returns ( whether it is the incorrect item or a defective item ) if the item has been worn or removed from its original packaging.

A “Defective Product” is one which contains a material imperfection in the manufacture or design that renders the product less acceptable, useful or safe than reasonably expected, under the circumstances.

If you change your mind you can return your item for a refund or exchange within 30 days, excluding earrings (for strict hygiene reasons), personalised or engraved items, gift cards & gift packaging.

We process returns within 7 working days of receiving them back into our warehouse, and any funds will be returned to your account within 6 working days from that point. If you choose to return only a portion of an order that included a discount, it will be deducted proportionally from the refund amount.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

A 10% admin fee will be applied to any orders cancelled. This is the service fee charged by our payment providers.
