How does the claims process work?
1. Kindly reach out to our team on email at returns@gracethebrand.co.za, with as much information as possible. This includes your order number, a photo or video of the item in question, as well as a brief description of what has occurred to your piece.
2. After carefully reviewing your claim, our team will determine how we can assist your further.
3. Should your claim be approved, our team will ensure a replacement of your item is swiftly couriered to you or should the item be out of stock, we will provide you with a replacement of your choosing to the same value, or a store credit voucher to the same value.
Is there a time limit?
No, our PermaGlow® Promise is a lifetime guarantee on all products.
What counts as tarnishing vs. damage?
Should any of your jewellery lose its colour, we will happily replace it or provide you with a voucher code to the value of the product. It is possible for gold plating to turn a bit darker over time but it will not fade or wear off. This warranty only refers to the colour of the jewellery and not to scratches, wear and tear or any breaks. Extenders, lobsters and jump rings are not included in the warranty.
Kindly note that our guarantee does not cover lost or stolen items, or items that have suffered damage or breakage from everyday wear + tear (e.g.scratches / snapping due to force / bent ring) and any modification to your product done by a third party outside of Grace The Brand.
