REFUND & RETURN POLICY
No returns, exchanges or refunds will be allowed on any items purchased at sale, promotion or discounted prices. For items purchased at full price, please see below.
All products will be closely inspected before being shipped out, if you however do receive a defective or incorrect item, you have 3 days to inform us of this and we will then arrange for a collection of the item and for the delivery of a replacement or the correct item to be sent to you. Please note that we will not accept any returns ( whether it is the incorrect item or a defective item ) if the item has been worn or removed from its original packaging.
EARRINGS:
For hygiene reasons earrings may not be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
BANGLES AND NECKLACES :
We do not offer any refunds on these products, unless the item is faulty. Should you be unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly provide you with a store credit to the value of the product OR you may exchange it for another product of the same value. The customer is liable for the R69 courier fee both ways. To be eligible for an exchange, the product needs to be in its original condition and packaging.
RINGS :
No refunds will be given for purchasing the incorrect ring size as ring sizing guides are provided on the website. We are however happy to arrange a ring size exchange. The customer will be liable for the R69 courier fee, both ways.
A 10% admin fee will be applied to any orders cancelled. This is the service fee charged by our payment providers.
A “Defective Product” is one which contains a material imperfection in the manufacture or design that renders the product less acceptable, useful or safe than reasonably expected, under the circumstances.
Our stainless steel range is tarnish resistant and with proper jewelry care should not tarnish.

Everyone's skin type is different. Some people have strong reactions to bronze & gold plating. No refunds or returns are given for the color of your jewelry changing caused by skins oils.

We have a order processing time of 1-2 working days, excluding shipping time. A tracking number will be sent to you over email once your order has dispatched from our offices. Please note that personalised items, have their processing times stated in their titles.

Go to your Grace The Brand account and select "My Orders" to review your order status. Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on your delivery.
You can still create an account now using the same email address used to place the order and it will appear under "My Orders".
Tracking numbers are automatically sent as soon as your order is packed! Once the courier picks up the package and scans it into the system, the tracking number can be used to see the information about your order.
