What counts as tarnishing vs. damage?

Should any of your jewellery lose its colour, we will happily replace it or provide you with a voucher code to the value of the product. It is possible for gold plating to turn a bit darker over time but it will not fade or wear off. This warranty only refers to the colour of the jewellery and not to scratches, wear and tear or any breaks. We do offer a warranty on breakages for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Any breakages after this period are subject to wear and tear as we cannot control how the jewellery has been worn or handled. Extenders, lobsters and jump rings are not included in the warranty. 

Everyone's skin type is different. Some people have strong reactions to bronze & gold plating. No refunds or returns are given for the color of your jewelry changing due to skin oils.

Kindly note that our guarantee does not cover lost or stolen items, or items that have suffered damage or breakage from everyday wear + tear (e.g.scratches / snapping due to force / bent ring) and any modification to your product done by a third party outside of Grace The Brand.
