How long will my order take to arrive ?

Order processing is 1 - 2 working days. Thereafter, shipping is 1 - 2 days if you have selected express shipping, or 2 - 4 days if you have chosen economy shipping.

How can I track my order ?

After 1 - 2 days of processing, a tracking number will be sent to your which you can use to track your delivery.

How do I get free shipping ?

All orders over R1000 qualify for free shipping, shipping will immediately be deducted when your cart total goes over R999.

Do you have a physical store ?

We unfortunately do not have a physical store yet, we are exclusively online for now :)

Can I bath, sweat and swim with your jewellery on ?

You definitely can. Our jewellery is 100% LIFEPROOF, you never have to take it off.

What payment methods do you offer ?

We offer visa, mastercard and instant EFT payment options through our payment gateway PayFast, and through Payflex you can pay off your order in 4 interest free payments. 

How does purchasing a gift card work ?

Our gift cards are digital so you do not pay a shipping fee, your gift card is sent straight through to your email address that you provide at checkout. 

Do you restock sold out items ?

Yes, in most cases, we will restock any sold out styles.
